Problem solving involves information known by others and that which resides in databases. Currently we find information by talking to others in endless meetings and digging through oceans of data. In the digital world, most data is found by identifying file names and/or key words or phrases. These tools, sometimes referred to as data mining, yield results that require sifting and sorting, a tedious and time consuming drudge. The results are voluminous and take considerable effort and experience to comprehend.
